## Can I access the record of a deleted document in Ketryx?

Yes, you may access the record of a deleted document from the **Approval history** page ( **Verification & Validation** > **History** or **Organization** > **History**). The approval of the deletion of a document will be tracked in this table, and each record will include information such as the deletion approver, the time and date of the action and a link to the record of the item at the time of deletion. You may also export the Approval history table as a .csv or .xlsx file and search the logs for the specific document there. Each entry will include the same relevant information, including a link to the record of the deleted item.
