When I go to my projects dashboard, I no longer see my project. Where is it? How do I switch between organizations?

You're likely in multiple Ketryx organizations, so you may need to switch to the correct one.

You can do this by:

1. Clicking your name in the bottom left hand corner.
2. Click Switch organizations
3. Select the organization that the correct project exists in.

You may have duplicate organizations with the same name.

If you are still unable to see your project in your projects dashboard, it is possible that you may have duplicate organizations with the same name. Please check if you have multiple organizations with the same name using the steps above and switch between them to locate your project.

In this case, we recommend renaming one of the organizations. You can do this by:

1. As the organization owner, navigate to the organization that you'd like to rename.
2. Click on Organization on the left hand toolbar.
3. Rename the organization to one with a unique name.
4. Click Save
